We’re delighted to share some exciting news. In early 2026, Master Advocates Real Estate Services will expand into Byron Bay, responding to growing demand from clients seeking expert buyer advocacy across the Northern Rivers region.
This expansion marks an important milestone for our business and is underpinned by strong local expertise. Mark and Michelle Errichiello have obtained mutual recognition NSW Class 1 Real Estate Licences and have partnered with Michael Murray, Principal of Byron Property Search one of Byron Bay’s most respected Buyer’s Agents. With over 25 years’ experience as a Buyer’s and Vendor’s Advocate and more than 40 years living and working in the region, Michael brings unparalleled insight into Byron Bay, the Hinterland, the Northern Rivers, and the Far North Coast of NSW.
Byron Bay offers a rare mix of lifestyle appeal, investment opportunity, and long-term growth. Through this trusted local partnership, we’re proud to bring our strategic, client-first approach to this dynamic market.
