Somewhat appropriately for a home page, Master Advocates are the experts in homes.
Buying them, (Buyers’ Advocacy), Selling them (Vendors’ Advocacy) and Managing them, (Property Management) Since 2014, we’ve been helping people just like you to find or buy their dream home, buy investment properties, upsize, downsize, sell their existing properties, or manage and maintain their properties. We pride ourselves on our ability to take the stress out of what is arguably one of the most stressful events in your life.
How? By taking care of everything for you. The searching, due diligence, research, inspections, auctions, paperwork, negotiating, contracts and all the rest. Basically, all the stuff you hate. And, being second generation licensed estate agents and having been in the real estate business for over 22 years, we like to think we’ve become pretty darn good at it. In fact, you could say we’re the masters.

Buyers’ Advocacy
Buyers’ advocates (also known as Buyers agents) are licensed professionals that specialise in searching, evaluating and negotiating the purchase of a property on your behalf. They take care of all the details including finding a place, due diligence, negotiating, bidding, contracts and much more.
An independent Buyers advocate works exclusively on your behalf and does not accept any sales commissions from vendors, sales agents or developers.
Vendors’ Advocacy
Vendors’ advocates are the specialists you turn to when you want to sell your property.
They take care of every aspect of the sale including background research, finding the right sales agent, valuations and appraisals, negotiations, managing private sales and auctions, documentation and more.
property management
Property management is basically getting someone else to manage your investment property for you, whether you have one investment or a multi property portfolio.
A property manager manages all aspects of the tenancy on your behalf and makes sure that you are maximising the value of your investment.
This includes renter checks, documentation, collection of rent, regular inspections, looking after all repairs, maintenance, improvements and renovations, assessments, written reports and much more.
