    Mark Errichiello, Director, Co-Founder of Master Advocates, a Licensed Estate Agent, CEA (REIV), specialising in Property Investment Advisory, Buyers Advocacy, Vendors Advocacy and Property Management. Mark’s extended experience includes being a Real Estate Auctioneer, Sales Consultant and Franchise Director within one of Australia’s well established and respected real estate networks.

    A passion for Real Estate flows through the Errichiello family. Mark’s father is a real estate veteran of over 35 years and his brother who also possesses over 20 years in the industry.

    Mark and his wife Michelle believe that their skills and understanding of real estate and property investment has developed with a combination of working in the industry since the year 2000 and practicing what they preach. Since 2005 they have invested in property together to occupy, to renovate and as investment. They are passionate about discovering ways to refurbish and renovate for value add to established property and together have Owner Builder Project Managed two successful renovations which boosted capital growth and rental yield in the market and commencing more projects soon.

    They have experienced personal property investment as buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Beyond working in the industry, it is important to note that through personal experience in all aspects of real estate Mark and Michelle are well positioned to lead their team, provide guidance and consultative advice and advocacy services to assist Master Advocates clients with a personalised style to provide value and benefits in real estate processes.

    Another strong passion of Mark’s is film and television production, in particular news and documentary. Mark has worked as a Studio Director, Switcher and Editor in Live-To-Air and Pre-Recorded Television Broadcast (News).

    Mark has always enjoyed training in Martial Arts. He values and respects the discipline, lifestyle and health benefits that one gains from practicing and understanding the principals and philosophy behind many of the great Martial Arts throughout history. It is important to not just focus on the physical benefits or the defence or attack elements, though viewing them as a way of life. Mark currently practices Iwama Ryu Aikido, a Japanese Martial Art, in which he holds a 3rd Kyu Ranking in open handed and weapons training techniques. Aikido is referred to as the “Art of Peace”.

    Michelle Errichiello is an Australian Paralympian, Co-Founder, Officer In Effective Control (OIEC), Licensed Estate Agent, CEA (REIV), Motivational/Public Speaker, an experienced Real Estate Agent, specialising in Trust Account Management, Buyers Advocacy and Property Management.

    Michelle is a strong force behind the operation of our company. She brings with her a vast amount of life and business experience. She has a high level of dedication to customer service, skills which were partly developed whilst working in one of the Leading 5 Star Hotels of the World.

    Starting in the real estate industry in the year 2002, Michelle’s experience began in Administration and Trust Account Management, later expanding into Property Management and Buyers Advocacy. Michelle successfully completed her Certificate IV in Property Services and is completing Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (Real Estate Property Management).

    In 2007 an accident occurred when Michelle was on the footpath outside of her workplace, an out of control car came off the road, hitting Michelle and traumatically amputating her leg.

    She rehabilitated triumphantly, eventually learning to run again and competing for Athletics Essendon, went on to break a 100m and 200m World Record in the T42 Female Above-Knee Amputee Sprint, was an Australian Institute of Sport Athletics Scholarship holder and represented Australia at the 2012 London Paralympic Games, competing in the 100m T42 Sprint Final and finishing 5th in the World.

    Now Michelle has returned to Real Estate as a company owner with her husband Mark, servicing the City of Melbourne which they love and call home.
